I’m delighted to contribute two recipes from my new book, ‘Danube: Recipes and Stories from Eastern Europe’, to the Guardian Feast magazine. The team at The Guardian liked the Fish Paprikas recipe from Budapest, the capital of Hungary. They also liked a Leek and Olive Stew recipe from a beautiful region in southern Romania known as Oltenia.
