Letâ€™s Bake magazine by Sainsburyâ€™s is published twice a year around Easter and Christmas. It is available for 8 weeks and distributed throughout 1400 supermarkets and stores, plus online. Judging by the sheer volume of what this means, it can reach passionate bakers in every corner of the UK. This year, it features Romania on 8 pages. Our Easter traditions, our desserts and favourite baking recipes, are all here to talk about the cultural richness of our country.
This is more than a book promotion, this is the reason why I wrote â€˜Carpathia – food from the heart of Romaniaâ€™ – to tell as many people as possible about a side of Romania that they never imagined: our glorious food.
