Don’t put the oven on to bake bread, make flatbreads instead. On this course, we are going to make a few types, both savoury and sweet, so you can put them on the table for dinner.
Placinte cu branza – savoury cheese flat breads cooked in a griddle pan
Easy egg mini open breads – cooked in a pan, then briefly put under the grill/broiler.
Langosi – fried breads with sour cream and jam
