Terms and Conditions, Privacy, Payments

I would like to assure you that no card details or address information are stored on my website. Your personal data such as Name and Email Address will be only used to receive the e-books that you order.

For PayPal payments, everything goes through PayPal and it is also guaranteed by it. If you don’t have an account with PayPal, you can still use it but check out as a guest. This option is to be found at the bottom of the PayPal payment window. Make sure that you change the country in the country field to correspond with your country of registration. All the details are requested by PayPal in order to authorise the payment, and not by me. All these details will be stored by PayPal.

There is also an option to pay directly by debit or credit card. This option is managed by a similar company with PayPal called Stripe. Stripe is the most common payment portal for e-commerce. Please see details here. This is to make sure that no details are stored by my website and that your transaction is handled safely by an internationally recognised system.

Both systems, PayPal and Stripe, are paid by me from the cost that you are paying for the e-book.

The website also has a https certificate, which is used for secure communication over a computer network, and is widely used on the Internet. The principal motivations for HTTPS are authentication of the accessed website, protection of the privacy and integrity of the exchanged data while in transit.
